What’s been happening:

I have been a Pastry Chef at Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse since March 2006. Prior to that, I realized my passion for pastry only after exploring my interest in marine biology in Tampa and then horticulture at PSU where I graduated from PSU's College of Agriculture. After several jobs in the horticulture field, I decided to pursue pastry arts. I worked under superior executive chefs and refined my skills at several notable establishments in Philadelphia, including The Four Seasons Hotel, Miel Patisserie, Ciboulette and Jack's Firehouse. I reside in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania with my wife Gail and 19 year old son Eric who is a microbiology major at PSU. My outside interests include landscape projects at home, Penn State football, golf and travel. In 2002, I tasted my way through Belgium and Paris while visiting with Guy Savoy and countless patisseries and chocolate shops. I find inspiration for my passion for pastry in all my journeys; especially in the islands of the Caribbean.
